Little Shop of Knowledge
Difficult Conversations
by Douglas Stone, Bruce Patton and Sheila Heen
Yes. It's about those conversations we have to think over and over and over again before they have even started. They usually end up in screaming or in a quick change of subject. This book provides advice on the nature of what makes a difficult conversation, well.. difficult. During this semester we took a look at the first half of the book which offers insights and examples useful to understand and endure these types of conversarion in a more fruictful way.
